Renewed Renovations mission is to provide knowledgeable, convenient, and reasonably-priced handyman service to the Gauteng and surrounding community. Renewed Renovations will provide every customer with an honest day’s work and will fix anything that is not done right.

Our Market

Renewed Renovations target market has been segmented into: home owners and property managers. Gauteng properties range from up market family homes to more compact and secure townhouses and apartments. There a hand full of potential customers in the property manager segment.

Competitive Edge

Renewed Renovations will differentiate from the competition by offering: low price and low minimum charge. We are charging a reasonable R450.00 per hour (this is excluding after hours) in an effort to encourage people to hire us for tasks that they would otherwise try themselves of just ignore until it became more of a problem. The second element of the competitive edge is our low one hour minimum labor charge. This compares favorably with the other industry competitors who often have two to three hour minimums. This edge also creates an incentive for the customer to call for our assistance earlier than they would have.
